Josie’s offers cater for all events: Anniversary, Weddings, Engagement, Graduations, Birthday Parties, Special Occasions, Red Carpet Events, Private & Corporate Holiday Parties, Corporate Lunches, Fundraisers, Open Houses, Seminars, & Retreats. In addition to providing services the day of your event.
And no idea or theme is off-limits. It always makes our day when one of our clients is excited to see their vision come to life. Innovative and creative, our custom menus offer options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. From light or heavy hors d'oeuvres to multi-course meals, from casual affairs to corporate events, we cover the spectrum of events.
Please keep in mind that there is a 30-person minimum for any custom catering events.
PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE
Once Josie's has received private chef request we will get in touch with client to discuss specific needs in further detail, Josie's will than match client with an Latin inspired chef who will work directly with them to tailor a menu and create the perfect event within their budget specifications.
Rates are dependant upon amount of people and menu choices.
CHEFS FOUR COURSE TASTE TESTING
Any caterer worth their salt does tastings before you book them. Otherwise you're screwed if you book someone without tasting beforehand and you end up disliking the food or it isn't quite what you wanted. Josie's offers a simply solution to that problem.
Josie's allows you your choices of menu item below:
1 APPETIZER - 1 SOUP OR SALAD - 1 ENTREE - 1 DESSERT
A 20% service charge will be added to all parties of five or more. $45 per person.
